Carolina is a heart-led HR professional who believes that strong organizations are built from the inside out. Her journey began at the heart of care, as a Behavior Technician, where she experienced the profound impact of compassionate service. Guided by a deep calling to support those who serve others, she transitioned into Human Resources with a mission: to support behavioral health organizations grow with grace, intention, and integrity.
With over a decade of experience, Carolina brings deep expertise in scaling companies, navigating mergers and acquisitions, and leading due diligence with care and precision. With a people-first, compliance-informed approach, she partners with leaders to build thoughtful systems that bring clarity, reduce risk, and foster confident, values-aligned decision-making.

Julianne Rodriguez, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Julianne is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical OBM Advisor with a passion for building ethical, people-first systems in the ABA field. At Zenly Solutions, she leads the development of compliance-focused training courses, organizational infrastructure, and clinical resources that help teams deliver high-quality care while staying aligned with evolving standards.
With experience supporting clinical teams across home, school, and center-based settings, Julianne brings a strategic and compassionate lens to staff development, supervision systems, and operational alignment. Her work integrates evidence-based practices with organizational behavior management to help providers build strong, sustainable foundations for their teams and clients.
Her approach is rooted in ethical leadership, intentional design, and long-term impact—empowering ABA organizations to grow with integrity and purpose.
