Carolina is a heart-led HR professional on a mission to change the stigma of HR, showing it can be people-focused, empowering, and transformative. She began her career as a Behavior Technician, experiencing firsthand the challenges in behavioral health, and transitioned into Human Resources with a commitment to help ABA and behavioral health organizations grow with clarity, integrity, and heart.
With over a decade of combined ABA and HR experience, Carolina specializes in scaling companies, guiding them through growth and transitions, and building people-first, compliance-informed systems. Her approach strengthens culture, empowers teams, and supports confident, values-aligned decisions.
